We can assist in finding available properties as we have a vast knowledge of the Tampa Bay area market with an exceptional network of contacts. We do not expect any compensation or charge any fees for this service.

We are pleased to offer qualified real estate agents a referral fee of 3 percent for any land purchase. We are unique in that when the transaction is complete, FERNCLIFF offers full commission at lot closing with an executed Purchase Agreement for a new lot and home. At FERNCLIFF, we pay the commission upfront and the agent leaves the client in the capable hands of our design and construction team to build their home.
